Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

HypeDrive is a private personal-use application operated by its owner for personal expense reporting. It is not offered as a public service.

Data used

HypeDrive may process transaction information retrieved through a read-only banking connection and files stored in the owner's Google Drive that are required for the reporting workflow.

Google Drive data

Google Drive access is used only to create, read, update, and organize files necessary for the owner's HypeDrive reporting workflow. The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or disclose it to third parties for unrelated purposes.

Banking data

Banking access is read-only. HypeDrive does not initiate payments or money transfers. Authentication credentials for the bank are entered directly in the bank or authorized provider flow and are not stored by this website.

Storage and security

Application credentials and access tokens are stored on the owner's private server and are not published on this website or in the public source repository. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to those credentials.

Sharing

HypeDrive does not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers when technically necessary to operate the requested workflow, such as Google Drive and the authorized account-information provider.

Data retention

Generated reports and related files remain under the owner's control and can be deleted by the owner at any time. Access tokens can also be revoked from the relevant provider account settings.

For privacy questions regarding this personal application, use the developer contact email shown on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
